Absolutely not! I train clients of all abilities, from complete beginners who've never lifted a dumbbell in their life to athletes who need that little extra push! Each training session is geared toward YOUR goals, not a cookie cutter workout that every client gets.
While my clients who see me twice a week and do fitness assignments outside of our sessions tend to see the absolute best results, you can choose how much time you put into your fitness journey. I train clients anywhere from one to three times a week (typically for 30 minute sessions) and ask them to do homework either in the privacy of their own home or at a commercial gym-- whatever works best for them!
For classes, you sign up for times that you can make! We offer classes most days of the week at various times of the day so inevitably, something will fit your schedule!
Great question! Personal training is a financial commitment, which is why I try making it easier by offering different payment options. Think for a minute- how much do you spend eating out or on junk food in a month? I'll bet it's about the same as the monthly price of training! Remember, this is investing in yourself. Personal training is less expensive than constant doctors appointments and medication! J-Rad Fitness also offers semi-private training (2-4 clients in the same session) at a lesser price point along with group fitness classes to accommodate any budget!
The great thing about our classes is that there are never more than eight clients in a class so you'll have more individualized attention versus some classes that can have 20+ people in one class. That being said, our classes are for all fitness levels and can be modified based on what you can do! Jenna and Mariah are awesome about modifying workouts based around your capabilities!
